As 2014 winded down, so does the car show season. Except for a select few like the I Love Driving Slow (ILDS) Winterfest that has been held at the Tampa Executive Airport in Tampa, FL for the past couple years. What better way to show off some awesome looking car than with a huge hanger, a large airstrip, and some small planes (part of the airport is shut down for the show, but the majority of the airport is still open and active while the event is going on)! Once again, HighwayStar Garage came out to show support to an huge, and still growing event. And by huge and growing, the event actually ran out of spectator parking because of the amount of influx the event had by mid afternoon!

As we got to the airport at 7am to set up in the cold weather and enormous hangar that would be packed by noon, we got some opportunities to get some early morning shots of some beautiful cars as they slowly funneled in.

As we setup, our booth cars got into position to show off some of our beauties. Including HighwayStar Steven’s recently unveiled widebody Honda S2000:

And as the influx of cars showed up to show parking, the variety and diversity of modified cars started to flood in.

Even a chameleon Rudolf decided to stop by for the event, haha!

And even more beautiful cars kept coming in:

But, in the end, like every car show or event we go to, the focus is always about the friends, family and fans that we meet and hang out!

And as we go into 2015, we hope to see more familiar and new faces!
